Are you agnostic?

We try! There are over 100,000 Global and Local IT companies, all providing a level of uniqueness. It is difficult to know every solution available, however, we continue to research the market and try to learn about many of the leading vendors.

We admit we have a preference to working with some vendors. This could be to their levels of service, support and technology, but also several vendors make it expensive and difficult for small businesses to enter to top tiers of their partner programs. This means that we can’t always be competitive on pricing or even be able to offer some solutions.

What is "Open Book Pricing"

Open-book pricing enables us to work together and agree our margins, enabling us to offer agreed, fair, competitive yet profitable pricing.

Like your business, we also need to ensure we are profitable to continue operating and we have a minimum expectation and hardware, software, services all carry different levels due to vendor pricing models.

Will we have a Dedicated Account Manager?

As a young business our team is still growing, however, we will ensure you still have a single point of contact within the business. We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Our measurable service levels specify clear consequences for not living up to agreed-upon expectations.

Can I recommend a partner to you?

Of course! If you have preferred solutions due to the investment and time you have made selecting technology, we will naturally do our utmost to support you. Even if you have seen / heard of a new technology vendor, we are happy to spend a little time to investigate it.

That is the point of “NextWave IT Solutions” – we want to be able to understand and prepare our customers for the next wave of technological changes.

Can we just buy from you without services/contracts?

Of course! We want to work with you and establish a relationship for the long term, however, we are not that closed off to realise that some customers simply need a procurement relationship.

We are happy to supply most solutions, if we are enabled to by the distributor / vendor, however, we will try and ensure that we only purchase from reputable and trusted organisations.

A procurement portal will be release in the coming months that provides access to over 20,000 products.
